For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, I hereby grant to EasyTurf, Inc., its agents, representatives, officers, directors, assigns, licensees, parent company, related companies,  and successors (collectively, “EasyTurf”), the right to record a testimonial and I consent to and authorize EasyTurf to copy, reproduce, edit, use, and publish all or a portion of said testimonial in and through any and all written and/or electronic means, including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, publicity, illustration and related promotion throughout the world and in perpetuity.  I acknowledge that EasyTurf shall have sole ownership of the testimonial and I grant the right to use my image, name and title/position in connection with all uses of the testimonial and waive the right to inspect or approve the use of my testimonial.

I hereby release EasyTurf from any and all claims that may arise regarding the use of the testimonial, including, but not limited to, any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity and/or copyright.  I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the testimonial.

EasyTurf is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement.  I have read and understood this Agreement.  This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties with regard to any and all use of the testimonial.
